December Class & Content Calendar

Hi guys, please see below the class & content calendar for December.

This month we are looking at bringing more Spring in your Step, ready to enjoy all that sunshine and summer has to bring.
So how do we bring more spring in your step?

Week 1 (Monday 7th to Sunday 13th December):
We focus on feet! Now I know, no one ever thinks “gee I really need a good foot workout today”. But have you ever considered how much work your feet have to do every day? Believe me, after this week, you will be wanting to incorporate more foot work into every week.

Week Two (Monday 14th to Sunday 20th December)
Let’s get those backs moving!
Let’s work on your efficiency by finding more mobility through your upper back.

Week Three (Monday 21st December to Sunday 27th)
Is all about bringing some elasticity back into your body. Have you ever noticed how children can spring up off the floor so easily. 
That’s because they have “spring” in their muscles and tendons. As we age, we lose this elasticity component - but this doesn’t have to be the case.
This will be a fun week (hint: you may see your jumpboard a little bit more!)
