Welcome to the Progress Phase.

You have made it through the Foundations Phase and laid the initial activation and strength of those deep hip muscles. Some of you may be starting to notice a bit of a difference in your symptoms, others may not be noticing much difference at all just yet. 

But hang in there - the Progress Phase is when it all starts to come together. We start loading those deep hip muscles a little bit more. Combined with more awareness of activities and postures that strain your hip, you should start to really feel a difference over the coming few weeks. 

This phase includes 2 exercise videos and an activity tracker, just like the Foundations Phase. Once again, there is no rush to get through each phase. Consistency will get you there.
