With limitations across the entire health sector during the current crisis we wanted to ensure pregnant women continue to have access to Physiotherapy support from a trusted source. 
With this in mind we have bundled up a bunch of educational content around safe exercise during pregnancy and we have also dropped in a couple of Pregnancy safe Pilates classes for you to enjoy from the comfort of your lounge room floor.
We do hope this information is useful and gives you some comfort during this time. Whilst this program is designed by Physiotherapists, it is important to note that every body is unique and this program should not be used as a replacement for specific health advice.
